This listing is for dried larvae of Helmetia illucens, aptly named "calciworms" due to their high calcium content, which can be given to isopods as a dietary supplement.
High in both protein and calcium (up to 50x higher than mealworms), this product is a great way to provide essential nutrients that support healthy growth and strong exoskeletons. These freeze-dried larvae can also be used as supplement/ for other invertebrates such as millipedes, roaches, springtails, and other exotic pets.
