The listing is for 1x animal, of a popularly kept species of praying mantis that is infamous for its red markings on its raptorial legs (arms).
This is a large, stunning species where it has contrasting blood-red and black markings on its inner surface of its raptorial legs. Nymphs come in a variety of morphs ranging from red to orange to green. Adults then take on a turquoise colouration with a brilliant sheen.
These are CAPTIVE BRED in my collection, with this stock originating from Australia.
This species is a generalist feeder, so it will accept a wide range of prey items ranging from flying to crawling insects. Due to their large size and boldness, this species is notorious for being able to take on very large prey.
