Common name - Goliath Flower Beetle
Scientific name - Goliathus goliatus quadrimaculatus
The listing is for 1x beetle larva, of THE largest Flower Beetle species in the world. This is a special moprh of the Goliath Beetle, where the typical markings on their back have been reduced to the 4 points of their wings, leaving behind a brillaint, pearly white body.
These are CAPTIVE BRED, with this stock originating from Cameroon.
The adult beetles feed on a variety of fruits such as banana, apple, pear, peach and watermelon. The larvae feed on decaying wood and leaf litter in L1, and feed on protein supplements in L2 and L3 (e.g dry dog food).
