Having successfully bred this species in early 2024, I can finally offer surplus offspring in small quantities. As these are popular but can be slow breeders, surplus stock from my captive breeding programme will be available infrequently.

The listing is for 1x animal, of a highly sought-after species of isopod (rolypoly/pillbug/woodlice) that is popular for their yellow outlines with segmented black patterns in the middle.

This is a pedigree called "Frosty Jupiter", which has been selectively bred for its albino mutation. This makes them look white with yellow highlights, and also makes their eyes fully white as well.

These are CAPTIVE BRED in my collection, with this stock originating from Thailand. When a group is purchased, the isopods sent will be an assorted mixture of ages and sizes, to ensure a good start to a breeding colony.

The isopods feed on a variety of forest materials such as decaying wood and leaf litter. Additional supplements such as calcium (limestone/cuttlefish bone) and fish food should be offered as part of their balanced diet.
