Strawberry Fire Millipede, (Centrobolus rugulosus)

Scientific name - Centrobolus rugulosus

The listing is for 1x animal, of a rarely-kept species of millipede that is new to the hobby. This species possesses a strawberry-red body which is lined with contrasting orange markings along its side. Juveniles start off pale, but their red and black colouration strengthen as they grow up.

These are a mixture of CAPTIVE BRED and wild collected animals for introducing genetic diversity, with this stock originating from South Africa, Africa.

The 3 sizes available are:
1. Small - 1-2cm juveniles
2. Medium - 2-5cm grown on juveniles
3. Large - +5cm subadults/adults

The juveniles and adults feed mainly on decaying wood and leaf litter. Additional supplements such as calcium (limestone/cuttlefish bone), fruits & veg, moss, and protein such as fish food should be offered as part of their balanced diet.
