Common name - Japanese Feather Millipede Scientific name - Brachycybe nodulosa
The listing is for 1x animal, of a RARE species of millipede that is famous for its gorgeous, feather-like body. An interesting behaviour the adults exhibit is that after the females have laid eggs, the males guard them until they hatch.
These are CAPTIVEBRED in my collection, with this stock originating from Japan.
The juveniles and adults are specialist feeders and rely mainly on the mycelia and fruits of polypore mushrooms. They should be kept on a substrate of well-decayed white rot wood and other organic matter.
