Common name - Siamese Glow Millipede
Scientific name - Benoitolus siamensis
The listing is for 1x animal, of a highly sought-after species of millipede that is famous for its ability to glow bright blue under UV light. Under normal lighting, this species is normally blue/green with orange banding. Please note that this is a very small species where fully grown adults only measure a few centimetres in length.
These are CAPTIVE BRED in my collection, with this stock originating from Thailand, Asia.
The juveniles and adults feed mainly on decaying wood and leaf litter. Additional supplements such as calcium (limestone/cuttlefish bone), fruits & veg, moss, and protein such as fish food should be offered as part of their balanced diet.
