Common name - Ivory Millipede
Scientific name - Chicobolus spinigerus

The listing is for 1x animal, of a popularly kept species of millipede that are infamous for their contrasting ivory-white and black banding that runs along the length of their body. Juveniles start off pale, but their ivory and black colouration strengthen as they grow up.

This species is also notoriously bolder and more active compared to typical millipedes, making them ideal for display set-ups or ideal for those that just like to see their millipedes out and about more often.

These are CAPTIVE BRED, with this stock originating from Florida, USA.

The 3 sizes available are:
1. Small - 1-2
cm juveniles
2. Medium - 2
-5cm grown on juveniles
3. Large - +5cm subadults/adults

The juveniles and adults feed mainly on decaying wood and leaf litter. Additional supplements such as calcium (limestone/cuttlefish bone), fruits & veg, moss, and protein such as fish food should be offered as part of their balanced diet.
