Common name - "Yellow" Snake Tongue Flower Beetle
Scientific name - Megalorrhina harrisi haroldi

The listing is for 1x larva, of a species of horned flower beetle. The adults have a spotted back and very large horns tipped in red which resemble snake tongues. This subspecies is a different morph than the typical "eximia" subspecies, and has pretty, cream coloured bands running down their wings.

These are CAPTIVE BRED in my collection, with this stock originating from Cameroon.

The adult beetles feed on a variety of fruits such as banana, apple, pear, peach and watermelon. The larvae feed on decaying wood and leaf litter.
